Banned from Insurgency Elimination mode server

There, I attached a file with the server log. Our team wasn't doing so well, but I typically was, I was also the only one to successfully blow the objective on my team... and I was kicked. Okay, rejoin, and they try to kick me again. I also lost all the points from last round. They stop until it's just me and possibly one enemy left and I have 1 nade on the objective. I'm running back to get resupplied (because of missing said points) and they ban me.
